Hi there. REgarding my complaint:
I am glad at least to have a response. I don't think about Starbucks anymore. I go to a few other places where I can read and drink coffee away from the rifraff. I greatly enjoyed stoping by your State St. store and finishing my occasional walks with my dog there, outside, and meeting folks. Not Starbucks folks. I would sometimes bring a friend. It was a place where it was fun to strike up pleasant conversation, or to simply mind my own business. As I said, things just got weird there. And I don't blame Starbucks, I blame Rockford.
Thank you for responding to my rant. I don't believe any disciplinary actions are necessary, and I don't feel the need to have anyone there hurt or inconvenienced. I think any review of policy, with my complaint taken into account, may be sufficient. Or whatever.
