Re: Licorice

hurray for dark chocolate!

just go low-sugar

and eat fish oil caps to fight the saturated fat

that's exactly what licorice does - and some think that's a health benefit - but i regularly do not

you just have to find your own level of licorice before this happens

licorice has some really helpful chemical in it that's good for a lot of things - but i forgot what all that was - glucosoids or something - google it?

Re: Licorice

You spelt it wrong!

What I must find my own level of licorice? In theory, I eat all the licorice I can in one day and hope I don't end up killing myself over it.

Re: Licorice

did i? - i think i do that a lot - that and raisons

well - yes - but if you want the health benefits you need to space it out over about 50 years - at least by that time you need help with constipation anyway

Re: Licorice

lol. I've started eating a bit more healthy already, I don;t really eat chips these days though. Takeout is a rare thing for me. Although, I do usually have a coffee, once a day.

Re: Licorice

coffe is a god thing - unless you have it too late in the day - 3:pm at the latest

chips are also a good thing! really they are unless you have high B - or they contain MSG, annatto, BHT, or TRANS FATS! - i don't know if Australia has banned trans fats yet - but i would be surprised if they haven't

Re: Licorice

We haven't banned trans fats yet...I don't think so. What it exactly? I know it mainly comes from process meat products, mainly....we've spoke of this beforehand. :P
