Cooking.

The giant frontal brain caterpillar returned yesterday, in two grave waves. That made it a bad day. But I what I accomplished made it a good day as far as CFS disability goes. I managed to cook three things: in the morning, I cooked up my dog's stock of fish, of which he now gets a little every morning. Every time I cook this batch, I eat some fish myself. Otherwise, it's all his. Cooking it also entails saving the juice, which becomes gelatinous, and is used on top of his meals. Mid-day, I boiled his chicken breasts. This is usually enough to last him 2 weeks. 1/2 breast goes into his main meal each day. Along with other things. Cooking his chicken entails first melting the stored broth, possibly skimming away the fat (which I did this time), boiling it, and then colling and putting away the broth later. Also storing the chicken. The broth is stored for making him his wet dog food mix, which I haven't done in many months, due to his stomach issues. But I might be working on a new batch soon. Finally, I boil/steamed some broccoli, which turned out overcooked. I give the dog a little broccoli, but it's mostly for me. After all that, my brain started going haywire. I threw up my hands and successfully fell asleep early, but then woke up for a few hours. That left me 2-3 hours behind this morning, and the brain is sill wobbling.
