SUGAR - 1 cup (2/3 white, 1/3 brown, pref.) or slightly more
EGGS - 2 large
BAKING SODA - 1 teaspoon large
BAKING POWDER - 1 teaspoon level
NUTS PLUS! - 1/2 cup total or more (pref. walnuts, can mix 1/2 raisons, carrot, etc.)
BANANAE - 1 and 1/2 cup (about 3 maybe 4 poor old bananae, can also mix pumpkin, pineapple)
VANILLA - 1/2 teaspoon
OIL/MARG/BUTTER - 1/3 cup (I always include some butter and olive oil and/or canolla oil)
SALT - 2/3 teaspoon
NUTMEG - 1/4 teaspoon
CINNAMON - 1/4 teaspoon or less
YOGURT - 1/4 cup (pref. vanilla, pineapple, or strawberry)
SKIM MILK/PUMPKIN - 1/4 cup (or similar liquid combo)
INSTRUCTIONS - Pretty much throw these things together and cook them, pref. at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes, unless you are making a bigger batch, i.e., more loaves, in which case cook longer.
Molasses would prolly be a good thing to try in this, too.
Too thin? - throw in oats - that's always my solution.
Too thick? - you figure that one out.
