PS - Those booms in Wisconsin and elsewhere: One possibility is that giant tunnels are being built underground to protect many people from some Earth surface catastrophe. Whether or not this is true, it is entirely feasible financially and technologically. The U.S. gov't has also purchased 650 million hollow-tip bullets, suitable for U.S. standard Smith&Wessons.

Apple Cider Vinegar!

I eat 1/2 steel-cut oats and 1/2 GF multigrain. (I would use Skottish oats but there was a special on steel-cut). I use a celtic sea-salt and a tiny amount of nuts/sunfl.seeds. I also add fenugreek seeds, some cut tangerine pieces, used tea herbs, yam/lecithin mix, a little black pepper, & a little baking soda. Boil, reduce, add cereal mix. When almost done, turn off heat, mix in a fair amount of cinnamon, leave on hot element. Stir later. When cooler, add about 2-3 TBs apple cider vinegar. Salt to taste. gOOd!!! I mean to try apple slices instead of tangerine next. Also - you can MAKE your own apple cider vinegar - it is much healthier than dead store-bought! (Just add active vinegar or brewer's yeast or wine or beer to apple juice and let it age in a cool place). One thing is this: it provides important digestive enzymes, (which may help fight gluten intolerance, etc.), and probably also contains a high amount of MALIC ACID, which provides lots of energy. Oats, btw, have lots of energising B vitamins. Not sure how much B1 (thiamine) they contain, but extremely high amounts of B1 is said to fight dementia/Alzheimers type illnesses, etc. - so anyway, here's a link - http://naturalsociety.com/benefits-of-apple-cider-vinegar/
