That does sound really great! I have everything except the rosemary. I might wing it a little.

I have three things that look like roundish eggplants. Does she have any recipes for eggplants? I probably must cook them tonight.

Eggplants - I had to Google what that is. We call them auborgines here in England.
Sorry, I don't what you can do with those.

Thanks. I don't know why they are called eggplants, because they are not at all like eggs. I now do seem to remember that the Brits call them something different. "Auborigines," is a weird and curious term. Maybe it goes back to the days of Captain Bligh versus the natives. He was on an eggplant mission - http://madman101.livejournal.com/1961944.html

Well, i think maybe these were not eggplants/etc., but some kind of purple squash. I did cook them up and may post about food soon. Now, I have to rest my sun-washed eyes.
