This is truly interesting. Thanks to the work of Hawking and Einstein. Black holes are like conundrums floating around, contradicting the reality of everything else, leading to alternate realities, or universes, for all we know. More than rare conundrums, they are everywhere, some creating new stars.

I think you are right-on in identifying this kind of Alice-in-Wonderland looking glass, where the outside is contrasted to the inside, reversed. That was exactly the spirit of what I meant. (The answer is in the comments section).

This paradox is correct, except for the practical reality that no body would retain its integrity while falling towards a black hole, so there would be no ability to perceive. This petty fact might actually be important, because the only things that would be able to survive, and "perceive", would be atoms. Just how atoms would act in such a situation is even more intriguing.
