But broccoli would have been better than green beans.
I think I cooked something else... well, no - just a lot of pots going, I guess. Plus an omelet. Great to be able to do things again. Tomorrow will be even better. I hope to think and write and post most of the day, and also prepare to do things the next day, Friday. I require a lot of preparation. That way, I lessen my mistakes and increase the mistakes of others.
An old neighbour man is back trying to mess with me, mowing lawn next to where my dog dumps. More on this later. This whole little area has taken it upon itself to play little games with me. Praise Allah.
This continuing illness in my head, which probably involves some pathogen, like fungus, has really been depleting the life in me, such that it seems I might never regain the momentum to pull out of it, as I always do. Pulling out seems to get harder and harder. That's what SHE said.
A relative called and expected me to see her right away. She was caring, and yet blind to how she continues the familiar abuse, and does not respect this illness IN REALITY. I have no choice but to distance myself from these people or their so-called love will literally kill me. More on this later, possibly.
So many big ideas to post about - I hope I will be able to remember them. Probably tomorrow. Comments later that night. My laptop has been on all day in this warm apartment and is overheating and so I must log off as soon as I am on.
Here is the recipe, from Carnation...
Why is it that zombie scientist corporations can copyright your genes, or the deadly genes they plant into seeds which then get into innocent farmers feilds who then get sued - and yet we humans can't even copyright recipes? Not that I want to, or think it's good to copyright recipes. It's just so skewed in favour of big money and control, and against the little "useless eaters".

Oh - the probable infection in my head... Now if I touch my face above my teeth, one spot is sore through the bone - like my tooth is rotting up there. I looked in the mirror and it looked like parts of a front tooth two, (beyond the other/s), seems to be turning DARK. Hopefully this gets better soon. If it doesn't, it can only get worse. I have no dental. Should I see an Eyes/Ears/Nose/Throat doctor about this, and possible brain infection? Neurologist didn't help at all, without a scan, which I can't travel for. If I get a scan, which one(s) have the least radiation?!?!?????
Woops - there it goes - my Firefox just crashed, due to the heat/ time. I haven't even gotten on line yet!
