I drink kefir :) Have you tried it? It's slightly sour tasting, but I like it. Nicer than drinking normal milk on its own I reckon.

Hey, buddy. I'm sorry I haven't commented you so far, but your life is so - shall we say - "contrapositive" to my meagre existence. I do wish you well, though.

No, I haven't tried Kefir. Not many people have heard of it here. It's interesting that it seems to be sprouting from Australia, land of all things wise and wonderful.

I do like sour! I ferment a lot of other stuff, including cider/wine, sauerkraut, chocolate drinks, and sometimes yogurt. I feel I have a sense of what Kefir might taste like, from the description in the web site. I am eager to get started on it!

I had to look that word up! I could guess, but wasn't sure. I'm still not quite sure.. Lol. I'm not bothered if people comment me or not. Our lives are very different, but I'm always interested to read your entries. Shows me a different perspective on things. If you don't mind me asking, how long have you had CFS for?

No problem. If it's too much don't worry about it. I've probably asked a pretty complex question.
